Before you start the process, please read the NFA registration requirements that apply to the situations listed below.

NFA IB and CTA registration requirements (US Solicitors only*)

• If you plan to operate your IB operation in the US – IB Registration is required
• If you plan to solicit clients who reside in the US – IB Registration is required
• If you plan to manage the accounts of the clients who reside in the US – IB & CTA Registrations are required

The CMS Forex IB program application consists of the following 3 steps:

1. Fill out the short form to the right to request an IB Application.
2. Complete the IB Application and return to .
3. Get Approved by CMS and Forex.com.
