Total commissions are based on monthly cumulative trade volume summed across all electronic contracts. For example, if you execute 1,000 contracts in a month, the commission charge would be:
100 contracts at $3.99 per side
400 contracts at $3.49 per side
500 contracts at $2.99 per side
