Position Description

CMS is looking for an Institutional Salesperson to strengthen relationships with current clients and introducing brokers and to bring in new business. The Institutional Salesperson will also analyze institutional client needs and work with other departments within the company and third parties to fulfill those needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build relationships and become a trusted business partner with existing institutional clients and IBs.
• We sponsor Series 3 License.
• Seek out new institutional clients and establish relationships with those clients.
• Analyze institutional client needs and work with others to fulfill those needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in sales, some in institutional sales
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Prior Forex experience a plus
• Must be comfortable with clients on the telephone and in person
• Series 3 a plus, or can be acquired within 6 months of date of hire
• Must be able to work with a high degree of independence
• Bachelors Degree
